Effective date: November 2, 2026

AFÜ Fikir Sanat is a game studio creating narrative-driven interactive experiences. This Privacy Policy applies to Words We Mend, Blind Spots, and Silk Magnet.

Data We Collect

Our games do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. They contain no advertising, analytics, account system, social login, location access, camera access, microphone access, contacts access, or third-party tracking technology.

Local Saves and Preferences

Preferences, progress, and save files remain on the player’s device. Ren’Py Save Sync is disabled, so our games do not upload save files to a cloud service or transfer them between devices. Removing an application and its local data removes information stored by the game, subject to any operating-system backup retained by the player’s platform.

Platform Services

Apple, Google, itch.io, web-hosting providers, and other distribution platforms may process download, purchase, crash, device, or ordinary server-log data under their own privacy policies. AFÜ Fikir Sanat does not receive personal data from gameplay.

On mobile, Apple or Google processes Silk Magnet’s optional non-consumable full-story purchase and restore request under the platform’s own privacy policy.

Support Communications

If a player contacts us by email, AFÜ Fikir Sanat uses the sender’s email address and information voluntarily included in the message only to investigate and answer the request, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Players should not send passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Our games are not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the games collect no personal data, AFÜ Fikir Sanat does not use children’s data for advertising, profiling, or tracking.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy when a game, platform requirement, or applicable law changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
